ABOUT OWNERSHIP
All properties are annual use DEEDED(never expire) properties at ORANGE LAKE, an RCI Gold Crown resort which is located in Kissimmee, Florida, near Disney World. All units feature a full kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher. All fees are current with mortgage paid in full so you will receive a clear title GUARANTEED. USAGE IS ANNUAL. SEE CHART ABOVE FOR DETAILS FOR EACH UNIT. For units in which usage begins in 2009, you will be responsible for reimbursement of maintenance fees already paid by Seller. Maintenance fees and taxes for west village 2BR units are approximately $690 and are higher for 3BR, north and east village units. Annual maintenance fees and taxes are due January 1st of every year. If usage begins in the current year, maintenance fee reimbursement is added to the total costs. Resort exchanges with RCI and its GOLD CROWN rating gives you maximum trading power should you decide to exchange your week with over 3500 resorts worldwide.
OWNERSHIP FLEXIBILITY
Ownership is for a fixed week. However by owning at the resort, you can exchange through RCI for other weeks at Orange Lake and can trade into all the villages. This is subject to availability at the resort for the requested dates. Non-Owners can only exchange into Orange Lake through RCI once every three years and this rule is strictly enforced.
